MAINTENANCE ISSUES:

The best way to submit maintenance requests is ONLINE by clicking Tenant Login.  You may also fax requests to 866-316-9660, or email requests to maintenance@premierinvestment.com.   Tickets submitted online will generally be received within 2 hours on business days. You can also check the status of your maintenance request online, as our maintenance technicians use the same online system to manage their workflow. If you do not have a user name, you can request one online and an account will be created for you.

 

EMERGENCIES:

Please do not call our emergency service line unless there is truly the immediate threat of personal injury or significant property damage. Our emergency service will page several of our managers, day or night, and should only be used for issues which cannot wait 2 hours on business days, or cannot wait until the start of the next business day on holidays.
